The Challenge
Opened up a load-bearing wall to create an open-concept layout.
Our Approach
The load-bearing wall came out on an engineered beam so kitchen, dining and living read as one room. Cabinetry, the marble waterfall island and appliances were all planned around the new layout before demolition began.
